1. PRICING

• All prices are displayed in USD only
• Prices INCLUDE: Import tariff, customs duty, and shipping to USA
• Final prices are confirmed at checkout
• No hidden fees or additional charges

2. MADE TO ORDER

• Most pieces are custom-made to order for you
• Production time: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
• Shipping time: Additional 10-15 business days to USA
• Some pieces are one-of-a-kind and may have limited availability
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

3. SHIPPING

• All items ship from India to USA
• Delivery: 10-15 business days after production
• Tracking information provided via email
• Shipping cost included in product price

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Window

15 days from delivery date for damaged or defective items only

Return Process

1. Email photo of damaged item to returns@shivaadhyahomes.com within 15 days
2. Include order number and detailed description of issue
3. Admin reviews request within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, receive refund or store credit details

Refund Policy

• Tariff & Duty Fees: NON-REFUNDABLE
• Original Shipping: NON-REFUNDABLE
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility

Store Credit Details

• 1 point = $1 USD value
• Use points on future purchases at checkout
• No expiration date on store credit
• Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

5. DAMAGED ITEMS

• Must provide clear photo proof of damage
• We verify all damage claims thoroughly
• Approved claims receive store credit or refund
• Credit issued within 3-5 business days of approval

6. DESIGNER PROGRAM

• Interior designers receive 10-15% automatic discount (varies by order size)
• Requires admin approval after registration
• Discount applied automatically after approval
• Wire transfer payment option available for large orders
• Bulk order discounts available upon request

7. PAYMENT

• Bank wire transfer (recommended; 1% discount)
• Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking) — for Indian customers
• BriskPe — international payment collection for Indian businesses
• Wire transfer / Bank transfer available for all customers
• All major credit cards accepted
• Payment processed in USD only
